We can fill out and send your insurance forms electronically for free.
If your insurance forms cannot be submitted online, we will fill them out for you free of charge. You will need to pay the dental fees up front and send the completed insurance forms to your insurer afterward.
All dental fees must be paid in full at the end of each visit.
Quebec’s health insurance board, the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec, covers only basic dental treatments for children under the age of 10, including emergencies.
We accept cash, cheque, Debit/Interac and credit cards (Visa or MasterCard).
Please note than an additional charge will apply to all NSF cheques.
